[Freaking News] Adidas comes up with Dhotis for international market to fight hot weather

Mumbai:
As the world gets hotter day by day and even hair oils get into the business of bringing down temperatures, sportswear giant Adidas has advised the world to try its new product to beat the heat. Adidas's Desi Indian Dhoti promises to bring relief to people living in hot temperatures.

"The world began to feel even more hot after the failure of the Copenhagen Summit. Our company was looking for a solution to keep people cool. Someone suggested dhoti; and I myself tried to put it on, and it was just wonderful!! It works as a natural AC, I would say!" said Daddydas Sachs, the company's global head, in the launch press conference. The Dhoti has also been launched into the international market. Global warming experts have welcomed the product. "It cools down the body below the private parts so well, that I guess the demand for air conditioners is likely to decrease, thus reducing emissions," said one.

Dhoti was a top trending topic on Twitter yesterday. Celebrities seemed quite interested in it, and discussed whether people would wear dhotis on official events as well. "P. Chidambaram wears lungi in Parliament, Bermudians wear bermudas everywhere, so why can't we wear dhotis?" tweeted Amitabh Bachchan, to which a follower replied, "As long as the dhoti doesn't fall down."

The Dhotis have been made from fine cotton cloth. Initially, they are available in different sizes ranging from a size for a 2 year child to a size for a 90 year old man. Later, if Baba Ramdev's claim of living for 150 years turns out to be possible, special dhotis for him will be designed by Adidas. Fashion pundits are closely observing the popularity of the Dhoti. Adidas Dhotis have got great response in USA, Canada, Australia and many parts of Europe. "From the initial response, we feel kids might soon be giving up low waist jeans for low waist dhotis," said Rohit Bal.

Meanwhile, cartoons of RJD chief Lalu Yadav are seen endorsing the brand in posters and TV commercials.  In one such commercial, both Lalu and Lal Krishna Advani try to bring ach other's dhotis down. Lalu wins as he is wearing an Adidas Dhoti. Whatever may be happening in Indian politics for this new sensation, the fact is that Indian Dhoti is rocking all over the world should make every Indian proud.
